OUR FOCUS ON SAFETY & TRAINING
Safety training is a foundational component in our operations.  Every day of a construction job brings risk to the workers.  In our company, safety on the job begins in the hiring process of a new employee– but it doesn’t stop until they retire! 

We are committed to hiring people who understand and appreciate the importance of safety on the job, who can apply the rules and principles of safe operating habits, and who will regularly use the safety equipment and training we provide.  We want every single employee to treat the importance of safety in the same high priority that they treat quality of our installations.

This is why we have tied Safety with Human Resources.  Our Human Resources director is responsible for hiring people who can uphold our safety standards, and who can lead other employees to do the same.  Safe construction is built on leadership, managing risk well, safety training, and the correct use of safety equipment.  Because we love and value our employees, we don’t want anyone to be injured or to be out of work!  As we like to say, “We want them to go home each day in the same way they came.”
